How does Snap Text Save work?
Text us at 617-600-SAVE (7283) with your delivery zip code and a photo or screenshot of the appliance you’re shopping for. Be sure the model number and price are both clearly displayed. We'll text you back with a better price through our preferred partner, and the earliest available delivery date. If you have specific questions about the model you’re looking at, or would like to proceed with placing your order, we will connect you directly with our preferred partner.

When is Snap Text Save available?
You can text us anytime Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6pm, and on Saturday from 9:30am to 5pm. If you text us outside of normal business hours, we will get back to you as quickly as we can the following business day.
How long will it take for you to reply to my text?
During normal business hours we will get back to you within five minutes.
How do you obtain pricing so quickly?
We have direct access to reduced pricing. The pricing we have negotiated through our preferred partner is even better than if you went directly to them yourself!
Will you always have the lowest price?
As long as our preferred partner has the model number you’re looking for in-stock and available for pickup or delivery, we will absolutely be able to beat any other final product price you receive.
Is financing offered?
Qualified buyers will be eligible for exclusive financing specials through our preferred partner, such as 0% 12-month no interest with payments on purchases of $499 or more. Our preferred partner will inform you of all current financing specials available.
How do I initiate an order?
If you are happy with the pricing and delivery timetable we provide, we will connect you with our preferred parter who will verify the model(s) you have selected are the correct ones for your space, obtain payment information from you securely over the phone, and confirm delivery.
